  1. First step. Use Mirka GALAXY 150 mm (P180) sanding disk together with Mirka DEROS 650CV sander. Sanding machine speed 8000 rpm.
  2. Second step. Sand in both directions. After sanding, wipe the surface with a microfiber cloth Mirka 330 x 330 mm.
  3. Third step. Use Mirka GALAXY 150 mm (P320) sanding disk. Continue with Mirka GALAXY 150 mm (P500).
  4. Fourth step. After sanding, clean the surface.
  5. Fifth step. Sand with Mirka ABRALON J3 (P1000). Continue with Mirka ABRALON J3 (P3000).
  6. Six step. When damp sanding with Abralon, turn off the dust extractor.
  7. Seven step. After sanding, clean the surface.
  8. Eight step. Use Mirka Polarshine® 10 polishing paste together with Mirka Lambswool Pro 150 mm for a particularly glossy finish.
