Sequence of the smooth surface treatment process for hard surfaces:

Smooth surface treatment process using Mirka Galaxy

  1. First step. Use Mirka GALAXY 150 mm (P180)  sanding disk together with Mirka DEROS 650CV sander. Sanding machine speed 8000 rpm.
  2. Second step. Sand in both directions. After sanding, wipe the surface with a microfiber cloth Mirka 330 x 330 mm.
  3. Third step. Use Mirka GALAXY 150 mm (P320) sanding disk. After sanding, clean the surface.
  4. Fourth step. Use Mirka Mirlon Total VF 360 sanding disk. After sanding, clean the surface.
  5. Fifth step. Use Mirka MIRLON TOTAL 150 mm, XF (P800) sanding disk together with Mirka MIRLON 148.5 mm interface.
