The innovative Mirka Multifit™ sanding tools are designed to fit any machine, providing optimal dust removal, edge wear resistance and sanding performance. They are always properly attached - there is no need to specially match the abrasive to the dust extraction holes. Simply place Multifit on the tool and you're good to go.

Dust removal

Dust removal is an important part of the sanding process. The concept of Multifit perforated sanding tools was created for effective dust removal – dust avoidance solutions are combined with an optimally perforated surface. Thanks to 50 carefully placed holes that occupy only 6% surface, Multifit provides a balance between dust removal, sanding power and durability.

Thanks to the optimal anti-clogging technology, you can sand faster and the abrasives last longer, which means less downtime and more focus on work.

Optimal number of holes

1. A convenient central hole helps to extract dust in the central area
2. Holes in the inner part prevent clogging in the center
3. A large area without holes ensures a strong bond between the disc and the substrate
4. External grip areas increase grip on extremely dusty materials
5. The arrangement of holes in the outer ring creates a ring that moves inward, reducing wear on the outer edges
6. Optimal distance between the holes: the distances between the holes are large enough to prevent the tool from tearing, and at the same time small enough to ensure optimal dust extraction

Net interface for airflow

The open net construction of the 4mm thick spacer interface provides even better airflow when sanding with the Multifit abrasive. It is for finer grits, starting at P320 and up.

This substrate not only makes it easier to follow the contours of the surface, but also provides an extremely high quality finish due to even better dust removal and clogging resistance, even with finer grit media. No bumps, scratches or visible defects. Just a simple sanding and a great finish.
