Mirka started looking for dust-free sanding solutions more than 20 years ago. The innovative sanding grid Mirka Abranet® became the beginning of a new philosophy of dust-free work, which extended to new sanding tools and power tools with one goal - to improve the sanding experience.

Trees instead of dust. Clean air with Abranet.

Air pollution is a serious problem in India. Reducing emissions is critical to improving air quality in Delhi, for example. However, we can contribute to the common goal with the help of trees. The local prayer ficus (Latin: Ficus religiosa) can absorb about 27 kg of dust every year.

As Abranet's dust-free sanding solution collects around 2.3 kg of dust every day, together with Give me trees in Delhi, Abranet will plant one tree for every 500 Abranet discs used per month.
